Easy Pan Seared Pork Chops with Dijon Mustard Sauce
My recipe for pan-seared pork chops with a creamy dijon mustard sauce is quick, easy, and has FANTASTIC macros! So quick to come together that you can serve in on a busy weeknight before shuttling off to all the activities!
Mix together your salt and spices, and gently rub into all sides of the pork chops.
Heat a large stainless steel skillet over medium high heat, and add olive oil
Once oil is shimmering, place pork chops in a single layer and cook for about 2 minutes. Flip and cook on other side for another 2 minutes, until nicely seared on both sides.
Remove pork chops from pan, and set aside.
Deglaze the pan by adding chicken stock and using a wooden spoon to scrape up any browned bits.
Whisk in the dijon mustard and milk until well blended.
Add the pork chops back in and simmer in the mustard sauce until sauce thickens slightly, about 2 minutes. Taste, and add more salt if needed.
