This chocolate protein cake is so simple to whip up. It's made using a boxed cake mix, chocolate protein powder, and plain Greek yogurt, then topped with a fluffy whipped chocolate frosting! Cake may never be considered a "health food" but with each serving clocking in around 200 calories (INCLUDING the frosting) you can enjoy your protein powder cake guilt-free!

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare your 9x13 cake pan by spraying with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add chocolate cake mix, chocolate protein powder, Greek yogurt, and water. Mix well for two minutes using a hand mixer or a wooden spoon.
Pour batter into prepare baking pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
Let cake cool completely.
While cake is cooling, we can make our fluffy chocolate frosting.
Mix the entire box of zero sugar pudding mix with 1 cup of milk.
Gently fold in the cool whip.
Frost cooled cake with pudding frosting. If desired, you can decorate with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or a some mini chocolate chips.
You can eat this immediately, but I recommend chilling cake in the fridge before eating. Enjoy!
