These air fryer carrot fries are easy, delicious, and HEALTHY. All you need is a bit of oil and spice to transform the humble carrot into straight MAGIC!
Start by scrubbing your carrots. I like to peel my carrots when I make carrot fries, but you can leave the peels on, too.
Cut carrots into roughly 3-inch x 1/4" strips
Place cut carrots in a bowl and drizzle on the olive oil.
Add spices and mix to coat carrot fries in the olive and spice mixture.
Spread out on your air fryer basket or sheet pan (depending on the style of air fryer you have). If your basket is small, you may need to do this batches because you don't want the carrot fries to be overcrowded.
Air Fry at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, shaking once half way through.
Serve immediately with your favorite fry dip.
