These Air Fryer Chicken Fajitas are juicy, bursting with flavor and PERFECT for meal prep! This recipe comes together with just a few simple ingredients and cooks up quickly. Serve these air fryer chicken fajitas wrapped up in a tortilla, in bowl with rice and beans, or over a bed of crisp greens.
Slice chicken, bell pepper and onion and place in a large bowl.
Add the lime juice, olive oil, and and fajita seasoning.
Use tongs to gently mix ingredients and make sure chicken and veggies are coated in oil and spices.
Add to your air fryer basket. If your basket is small, you may need to split into two batches.
Air fry at 390 degrees for 10 minutes. Gently shake basket or air fryer tray.
Continue cooking for another 5-10 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and vegetables have a little char.
Serve with tortillas, rice, beans or over a bed of crisp greens!
