Add self-rising flour and salt to a bowl and stir.
Add in Greek yogurt and mix to combine. As brands of yogurt and flour can differ, you may need to add flour or yogurt, 1 teaspoon at a time, to form a soft dough.
Knead dough for 1 minute until dough ball is smooth.
Separate into 4 pieces and roll each piece into a ball.
Lightly flour surface and rolling pin, then roll each dough ball flat, to about a 1/4 inch.
Place nonstick pan over medium heat. Add rolled dough pieces to dry skillet and cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook another 2-3 minutes until cooked through and browned in spots.
Brush both sides with melted butter, and sprinkle with cilantro leaves (if desired). Serve immediate with your favorite Indian curries for dipping!
