In a mug, mix together pancake mix, baking powder, milk, sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla extract oil, and cinnamon.
In a separate small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon topping.
Sprinkle cinnamon sugar topping on top of the cinnamon roll batter.
Microwave for 1 minute, 30 seconds, or until cinnamon roll muffin is fully cooked.
