Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup (37 grams) Kodiak Protein Pancake mix
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp (30 grams) 2% milk
  • 2 tbsp (20 grams sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp (4 grams) vegetable oil
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Cinnamon Sugar Topping

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp (6 grams) sugar

Instructions
 

  • In a mug, mix together pancake mix, baking powder, milk, sugar-free maple syrup, vanilla extract oil, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix together sugar and cinnamon topping.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon sugar topping on top of the cinnamon roll batter.
  • Microwave for 1 minute, 30 seconds, or until cinnamon roll muffin is fully cooked.
