Equipment

  • Blender Cup / Blender

Ingredients

  • 8oz (230g) Protein pasta
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 3-4 Scallions
  • 2 tbsp 40g Gochujang paste
  • 2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 cup 226g Cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • red pepper flakes, optional
  • parmesan cheese, optional

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package directions.
  • Blend together milk and cottage cheese until smooth and set aside.
  • While pasta is cooking, heat up a large pan over medium heat.
  • Mince garlic and slice your scallions, keeping the white parts and green parts separated.
  • Add sesame oil to your pan, and add in the minced garlic and white parts of the scallions.
  • Lightly saute for about 2 minutes, or until fragrant.
  • Add in the gochujang paste and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
  • Add in soy sauce and give everything a good stir.
  • Add in cottage cheese cream sauce and cook for 2 minutes or until heated through and slightly thickened.
  • Taste and season with salt if needed (I find the soy sauce to be the perfect amount of salty.)
  • Top with the reserved green parts of the scallions.
  • Optional: Top with red pepper flakes and parmesan cheese if desired.
