Easy Air Fryer Frozen Cauliflower

Yes, it's true. You can easily air fry FROZEN cauliflower (or roast in the oven) and have a vegetable side dish SO delicious that it might just steal the show. This is hands-down one of my favorite frozen cauliflower recipes.

Ingredients
  

  • 12oz (340g) bag of frozen cauliflower florets
  • 2 tsp (8g) olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl, mix together all your spices.
  • Add the frozen cauliflower and drizzle on the olive oil.
  • Mix together with a spoon until each piece of cauliflower is well coated in oil and spices.
  • Spread out in your air fryer. If your air fryer is very small, you can do this in batches.
  • Air fry for 10 minutes, and using tongs, flip each piece of cauliflower or shake the basket.
  • Air fry an additional 5-10 minutes until cauliflower is caramelized and crunchy around the edges. Serve immediately.
